"[setInParms] Premature end of file" Error When Invoking ApplicationMessagePublishingService?wsdl Webservice (Doc ID 2654421.1)

Symptoms

 The following errors are faced when invoking the rib-<app> ApplicationMessagePublishingService webservice (for example: https://<HostName>:<port>/rib-rms/ApplicationMessagePublishingServiceBean/ApplicationMessagePublishingService?wsdl webservice).  The failures are not sent to rib-<app> error hospital and neither making it to respective <app> application.

Error:

This is happening for all family payloads and the same payloads are working fine when invoked through Integration Gateway Services (IGS) webservices individually.
