How To Differentiate Cancelled Service Requests From The Resolved Ones (Doc ID 2654432.1)

The Admin User has two values under resolved status:

1. Cancelled
2. Resolved

When admin user is run-ing the schedule process that auto-close service request, both status above will be Closed, so when admin user will do a report in the future, how can the admin user know if the service status was cancelled or resolved?
