On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Performance

Sandbox accessibility Issue


While attempting to delete a Sandbox, users are faced with an extended waiting time, up to 5 ( five ) minutes and then a Gateway Timeout error message is displayed, rendering the delete action unavailable.

The reported issue is valid for a single Sandbox called "UAT Na".


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login in Fusion Application - > navigate to Sandboxes
2. look for the desired Sandbox in the list.
3. select the Sandbox
4. attempt to delete it.
5. after 5 minutes, the timeout error is displayed.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot delete a Sandbox.
