Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: OTBI: 'No Results' with a Filter on a Column (Doc ID 2654609.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

When a report/analysis includes a filter for a text attribute, such as one of the below, even though the values appear in the results without the filter in place:

  • if the filter is set to is equal to / is in, the analysis returns no results
  • if the filter is set to is not equal to / is not in, the analysis still returns results for the attribute

Example Attributes:

  • CSP Phase or State
  • Person Name
  • Career Site

 

This will only seem to occur for specific values -- other values may work correctly to either return results or exclude those results -- even if the value is selected from the list of values.
