Large Report Does Not Deliver Via Email

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Large report does not deliver via email if greater than 15MB.
When running a large report directly on the BIP server, It does not deliver the report via email as expected.
In addition, there are no error messages in the diagnostic log. It appears that it was not delivered, with no errors.
