On HCM Experience Design Studio, For Transfer transaction, a custom rule is created to make managers and comments section visible. Tried to Transfer but managers and comments sections were not visible.


In HCM Experience Design Studio  > Transaction Design studio > Select transaction type from dropdown (Ex: Transfer) > Create a custom Rule > Make 'Managers' and 'Comments and attachments' section to be visible. Now when Transfer transaction is invoked, 'Managers' and 'Comments and attachments' section are not shown.
