RPASCE: Column Sort Is Not Working (Doc ID 2655015.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading to RPASCE 18.0.007.09, Column sort is not working.

Steps:

1. Create a new plan.
2. Try to sort any column.
Notice that the application keeps spinning and does not actually sort the column.
