Goal

The client wants to implement both Expenses via Mobile app and location-based security.
Based on the Cloud books in 20A, customer either has to whitelist static IP addresses for everyone using a mobile app or they have to make certain roles Public which may defeat all or some of the purpose of Location-Based security.
