Unable To Populate Multi Text Type Attribute In Multlines (Doc ID 2655093.1)

On Fusion Product Hub :
When attempting to import data into an item EFF where the data is formatted into multiple lines within the FBDI template, the following issue occurs.

-- Issue
The CSV File generation process is not entering line breaks for data entered within the EGO_ITEM_INTF_EFF_B tab.

-- Expected Behaviour
The customer expects that the CSV File generation process will create the necessary line breaks (\n) within the CSV file to accurately represent the format of the data entered into the excel template

-- What is working
When line breaks are manually entered into the CSV file that has been generated (\n), and the CSV file is imported, the application will create the expected line breaks.

-- Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps.
1. Download the Item Import FBDI Template
2. Populate Item and Item EFF data
3. Generate CSV File
4. Open the EgoItemIntfEffb.csv and see that line breaks have not been entered where expected.

-- Business Impact
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users will need to enter line breaks manually for EFF Item data
