Not Able To Import Notes Through Import Data Management

Customer is trying to import the Notes for Party through Import Data Management and getting the error: " There is no record of type Account with value for the attribute SourceObjectId. (MKT-285342) Details: You must pass a valid value for the attribute SourceObjectId to import a record of type Note for the record of type Account. "

How to import a Note for an Account object?
