Performance Issue While Ranging Item to a Warehouse

While ranging item to a warehouse there is a performance issue
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new item using UI.
2. Navigate to Items->More actions -> Locations-> Click on + sign to add a new location.
3. Location = Warehouse, choose a warehouse from the drop down.
4. Click ok.
5. The system takes more than usual time to range the warehouse to an item.
