ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to select the correct dependent time attributes in Time Entry Layout Components.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to select State, City, and County as dependent time attributes for all independent Payroll Time Types.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Complete the setup of elements and Payroll Time Types
2. Navigate to the independent time type of Regular Hours.
3. Select the second train stop to add dependent time attributes
