Last updated on SEPTEMBER 26, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Transportation Management Cloud Service - Version 19.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When users access OTM though Mobile as ServProv user , they see incorrect ship Unit values
Mobile Path : Click on Shipment--> Stops-->Click on 1st Stop( Header StopDetails)--> Stop Details(section)--> Weight and Volume are incorrect'

Although OTM through browser, ship Unit is correct.

What it should Be- As an example in this case:
The weight should be, (Gross Weight Per Ship Unit * Ship Unit Count) (5*2) = 10
Kg + (2*3 )= 6 , So a Total of 16 (10+6) KG
Similarly for Volume, (8.32 * 2) = 16.64 + (1.13 * 3) = 3.39 = Total of 20.03 (16.64+3.39) M3

What it is showing-
7 kg (5+2) and 9.45 (8.32+ 1.13) Cubic meters in Mobile.

It seems to be just adding up the columns rather than doing the calculations as (Ship Unit Count * Weight per Ship Unit Count)
