Symptoms
When attempting to import a configuration package, where a Dynamic Data Set (DDS) that has been changed per new design, and both Business Processes (BP's) that reference this DDS are also changed to reference the new data set, the following error message is returned.

In another environment when all references to the DDS were removed and the data set was deleted then the import was successful.
