Symptoms

Create Accounting Process is completing in error:

ERROR

Create Accounting Error: The Create Accounting process ended with a status of Error because one of its child processes failed.
Create Accounting subprocess error:

XLA_AP_FATAL_SQL_ERROR! Module: xla_evt_update_events, Statement: Call XLA_FSN_ACCT_CHILD_PKG.postprocess_entries, Oracle error: ORA-20001: No active sequencing assignment was found. Verify your assignment for ledger {LED_NAME}, sequencing event {SEQ_EVENT} and journal entry type {JRNL_ENTRY_TYPE}.
