Symptoms

The error You cannot create a work measure record for the selected unit because future records exist for the same unit. Delete the future records for the selected unit. (PER-1531492) occurs when:

1. Attempting to update the employment history record with position and working hours.
2. Attempting to transfer an employee assignment.
