Symptoms

When creating a workflow type record by way of CSV file import, and it is being sent to the second step of the workflow when the Assignees for the step have more than one user defined:

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The record is only being assigned to the first user, in alphabetical order, in the Assignees list at the second step of the workflow.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The record should be assigned to all the users defined in the Assignees setting in the workflow schema for the step and allow any user to Accept the task and take action.
