Symptoms

 After importing and accepting the XMLs,  Source Document and E2B difference Report and other default attachments are not visible in Case Form ->Additional Information -> Notes and Attachments section even those are available in Database (Case_Notes_Attach table) and showing audit log as well as on web-server PDF reports folder.
