Symptoms
When attempting to paste activities into another WBS,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
Total Float must be between 0d and 12,500,000,000d
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cut and paste activities from one WBS to another.
2. Note the error.
