Web Report Error With Dropdown Lookup For Lock Code Field In Filters (Doc ID 2656839.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.3 version,

An error message is received when trying to add a filter by selecting the field 'Lock Code' from the category 'Inventory History'.

Below error message is thrown when you add this filter, set the condition as equal to, and hit the drop down to try and select a value. Inability to add this filter has brought us to a standstill for developing business critical reports.
Error: DbConnect Exception ORA-00932: inconsistent datatypes: expected - got NCLOB


STEPS
-----------------------
1. Create a TEST report with category  = InventoryHistory
2. Setup a Filter on Lock Code for this report.
3. The error happens you try to invoke the LOV for the Lock Code in the Filter screen.
