User Has No Permission For Company Pallet Issue (Doc ID 2656899.1)

Symptoms

"User has no permission for company" - Pallet issue.

We are in a multi company setup within one facility.
This error message comes up when we try to do palletize, run wave, or perform picking.

It happens with pallets that have been used in multiple companies. For example, if we do putaway to one company and depalletize and then reuse that same pallet for a different company, we are getting this error message when the user specific to the second company tries to pick or wave for any LPN on that pallet. Due to this, we are not able to smoothly wave and pick whenever this issue arises.
We feel this should not behave this way since pallets may be used for multiple companies and all available pallets should be able to be re-used regardless of company if within the same facility.

Some users are at parent company level (receiving and putaway) and others are at child company level (pickers and wavers).
