On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Service Email

Is It Possible To Obtain Service Request Reference Code That We Can Place On Notifications?

Currently the application supports SR Reference Code (Not SR Ref Number) on the outgoing email acknowledgement at the bottom of the email . We want to use similar code on our internal workflow notifications so that some of the agents (who do not have system access) can update SR by responding to this notifications.

How can we generate Reference code? I assumed it was SRID but investigation revealed that it is different.
