Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Supplier Qualifications , that are active and not end dated, are not visible to the supplier user.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Active supplier qualifications assigned to a supplier , should be visible to the contact.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an initiative and assign a qualification
2. Assign supplier and supplier site, with contact
3. complete the initiative , and supplier contact->supplier portal > View qualifications
