Address Country Not Displayed Correctly for Northern European Countries When User Preference Is Different Country (Doc ID 2657063.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User preference territory is set to Australia.
Customer Bill-To Address country is Luxembourg or any Northern European country listed in Address Format: POSTAL_ADDR_N_EUR
Applicable for countries: Finland, Luxembourg, Norway, Romania

When user tries to print the Receivables Invoice, the country does not show in the transaction print.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The country should have been displayed on the invoice print

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the User Preferences territory to Austraila
2. Create one receivable invoice with a customer based in Luxembourg
3. Run Print Receivables Transactions process
4. The output is not showing the Customer's country

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot send the invoices to Luxembourg customers as the address doesn't contain the Country Or the address is incomplete.
