Symptoms

Problem Description:

When trying to upload a Job Offer Letter Template in the Recruiting Content Library, the following error is displayed:

There was a problem with the storage system for the job offer letter template. (IRC-1590298). 
The job offer letter template can't be uploaded to the BI Publisher server.  Try again later.
