Problem Summary

'Periodic Refresh' within Within 'Configure Workspace Search' Task is failing.

ERROR
-----------------------
'ERROR:oracle.as.scheduler.RuntimeServiceAccessControlException: ESS-02003 User xx does not have sufficient privilege to perform operation setRequestParameter on request xxxxx'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the application
2. Go to 'Setup and Maintenance'
3. Change to the Sales Offering
4. Search for 'Workspace'
5. Click 'Configure Workspace Search' > Monitor Subtab > Periodic Refresh

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the workspace is not refreshed.
