PROBLEM STATEMENT
---------------------
If user is searching Work order related ESS Jobs(Import Work Order, Import Work Order Material Transactions, Import Work Order Operation Transactions) with Spanish Language, search will not retrieve any results.
Partial search with Spanish results in list of programs unrelated to importing work orders.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
----------------------
1. Go to Applications (Spanish Environment)
2. Tools->Scheduled Processes->Schedule New Process
3. Search Work order related import jobs in Spanish

ESS Jobs: (Spanish)

Importar transacciones de materiales
Importar órdenes de trabajo
Importar transacciones de recursos
Importar transacciones de operaciones

4. No Records retrieve
