Fusion Global Payroll: HCM Data Loader Fast Formula Not Returning ReplaceLastEffectiveEndDate Column (Doc ID 2657621.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transformation fast formula was created of type "HCM Data Loader" to load the element entries.
This formula is used to transform incoming file from third party vendor in HDL format.
The file is getting created with the task "Load Data from File" under payroll area.
Column 'ReplaceLastEffectiveEndDate' is not getting returned to the ElementEntry.dat file.
 This column is very well part of Meta data of the formula.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Column 'ReplaceLastEffectiveEndDate' should returned in the ElementEntry.dat file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create trnasfrmation formula to return the Column 'ReplaceLastEffectiveEndDate'
2.Run load from file process - see that the dat file does not contain the respective column
