Symptoms

Changes made to Customer Purchase Order on an Order - Header or Fulfillment Line are not carried over the Shipment Lines.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create an Order
2. Orchestrate the order. Fulfillment line status is -Awaiting Shipping
3. Revise order and enter or change customer PO details.
4. Save and submit the order
5. Review Shipment Lines created for the order which do not show the new customer PO details.
