On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Plan Project-Manage Project Budget
Project Budget Version was created with 'Cost and Revenue Budget' Financial Plan Type.
1. Navigation> Projects> Project Financial Management
2. Search and open a Project
3. On Manage Project Budget
4. Selected a version
5. Menu > Excel> Edit Version in Excel> Periodic Layout.
On the Excel file, cost budget appears which can be edited.
