Symptoms

When SalesAgent users open quotes in JET UI on mobile devices, for some workflow steps the sticky action bar navigation arrow has no effect. The sticky action bar automatically overflows actions outside the screen, and clicking the arrow or swiping should scroll through all the actions in the bar, but in some cases it does not. Opening the quote in a desktop browser shows all the actions, but on mobile the overflowed actions cannot be accessed because of this issue.
