Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Count sequences are not saved for entered count quantity with deviation quantity for some lines in Record Count Sequences UI. Entered quantity for some lines with deviation percentage and saved and submitted. When opened approve count sequences , unable to see that item lists.
Again opened Record count sequences then still user able to see the same item with blank field.
Observed record count sequences was not saving the record.
Able to see item details in approve count sequences when there is no deviation.

 EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Record count sequences should saved for entered count quantity with deviation quantity.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Supply chain execution->Inventory Management->Counts->Record Count Sequences.
2. Enter quantity and comment.Save it.
3. Close the UI and open once again.
