Contacts Not Visible to Role (Doc ID 2658100.1)

I have copied customer service representative role and created a new custom one. The only difference between both roles is the custom one is only allowed to see and work SRs in its queue. After role creation, I have created a test user however, this user is not able to see contacts once I navigate to contacts.
