RDFCS: No Data Is Exported from Approved Week Forecast with Export Forecast Mask (Doc ID 2658211.1)

Symptoms

The user approved a forecast with values for a whole Product/group in some weeks. After the weekly batch finished, although it should export the measure 'Approved Week Forecast', the output file was created with no data.
