HSDL Spreadsheet Templates--Cannot View Spreadsheet Templates From Data Exchange In Chrome Browser

On : 11.13.20.01.0 version, Data Load
When a specific user attempts to access either Run Spreadsheet Templates or Manage Spreadsheet Templates from the Data Exchange Task (Navigator->My Client Groups->Data Exchange), the templates do not appear in Chrome browser. Able to access/see all templates via IE. No security changes were made, and no difference when clearing cache/cookies or trying in Incognito Mode
Should be able to access the spreadsheet templates in both Chrome and IE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion via Chrome, but no spreadsheet templates appear via Navigator->My Client Groups->Data Exchange->Run Spreadsheet Templates as well as Manage Spreadsheet Templates
2. Clear cache/cookies and try in Incognito Mode, but still no difference
3. Unable to duplicate the same issue via IE
