STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. What-If Analysis Process ending in Error when selecting Process id's
2. What if analysis Process is ending in error when selecting the Process id's  and select Delete Data Analysis "Yes".
3. We were able to delete few Process id's. But having issue with 3 Process id's.
