ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

IB shipment input file is failing to process in Input Interfaces.
ERROR

No PO detail found for item: -- [Code: nnnnn]
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in UI.
2. Go to "Input Interfaces."
3. Select "Inbound Shipment" Input Interface, click on Upload to select the 'ISS' file.
4. Once file is selected, click on the line and click 'Run Interface'.
5. Record now stuck in "Stage Record" with Error : No PO detail found for item: -- [Code: nnnn].
