The Value for a Custom FCL Field Was Reset to null (Doc ID 2658627.1)

Goal

In the environment, there was cu stom FCL field, i.e. CUSTOM_FCL.

For many records in the environment, there were values for this field, i.e. Value 1, Value 2 etc.

At some point, the admin user observed that for all the records, the value of the FCL field became null.
