Goal

How to create a Percentage Elements for ICP ?

The Manager bonus is not an amount, but a percentage that is calculated by our payroll rep (outside the system since we don't have the payroll module).

Is there a way to create an Element that uses Percentage and not an amount for an Individual comp plan?
