ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to query via the GET Method an employee via Oracle Fusion HCM REST API Emps end point for the employee and Person DFF attributes, the response returns the expected data for one worker, while for another worker it returns the expected data

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The query should have returned the expected results for both employees

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to query two employee and Person DFF data via the GET Method via Oracle Fusion HCM REST API Emps end point
2. Observe that payload response for one employee returns Employee data, where the response for the other employee is empty
