Users Are Getting Error 'A user name, password and database are all required' While Logging To Argus Safety via OAM As SSO (Doc ID 2659105.1)

After entering user credentials in OAM SSO, users were getting 'A username, password and database are all required' error message.
The error appear only when user try to take over the existing login session.

Steps to Repeat :

a. Hit Argus Safety URL
b. Provide credentials in SSO login page
c. System prompt to overwrite existing session. Click Yes

d. Following error message displayed to the user -
