Partner Company Users Unable to Run Custom Report (Doc ID 2659325.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Partner Company users are not able to run a Custom Report - When Run Report is clicked, nothing happens, no report window will open.  The Report page is also missing "Template and Format" section. However, company users are able to run the report without an issue. Both users have the same permissions with regards to the custom report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Partner users should be able to run the Custom Report and they could previously.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment as a Partner user.
  2. Navigate to the Project/Shell where the report resides > Reports > Select the Custom Report.
  3. Note that the "Template and Format" section is not displayed, and both the Template name and Format options are not displayed.
  4. Click Run Report; note reported issue.
  5. Log out and log back in as an owner company user.
  6. Navigate to the Project/Shell where the report resides > Reports > Select the Custom Report.
  7. Note that the "Template and Format" section is properly displayed as expected and the Template name and Format options are displayed.
  8. Click Run Report and the report is generated successfully.
