Is There A Way to Generate A Report Of All Users Access Details For All OTBI Reports (Doc ID 2659456.1)

For Audit purposes, we need to be able to pull a report of all user access to all OTBI folders.
To know who has access to HR/financial/admin folders.

Example:
Custom Folder
User 1
User 2
User 3
HR Folder
User 1

Financial Folder
User 2

Admin Folder
User 3

This information is needed for audits and prior to refreshes (since these sometimes are deleting access).
