FA: SCM: OM: UOM is not Shown in UOM LOV When Entering an Order. (Doc ID 2659530.1)

A newly created UOM is no shown when entering an order line.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new UOM .
2. Create new Item and assign the new UOM.
3. Add the new UOM to the Price List.
4. Run Collect Planning Data.
5. Run Refresh and start the order promising server.
