Demographic Info Section appearing twice after a Global Transfer (Doc ID 2659597.1)

After a Global Transfer ,Demographic Info is reflecting the section twice(Gender twice, Ethnicity, Marital Status etc ) , for every legislation.

Why employee who has been transferred using Global Transfer action, has multiple data showing under Demographic Info section?
