When attempting to load attached Balance Attribute Definition object records via HDL, the following error occurs for 18 out of 22 records

The line for component BalanceAttribute with instruction MERGE doesn't include values that define a unique reference to the record. (HRC-1035347) Details: Include values for at least one of the supported keys.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to load attached Balance Attribute object records via HDL
2. Encounter error message above
