Goal

1. Customer has a requirement for excluding the internal employees from Onboarding checklist.

2. Currently they have setup the onbaording checklist using the Move to HR and this same action is used for transferring employment related changes to HCM which causes the Onboarding checklist to re-trigger which is not expected.

3. It is advised to use/add checklist eligibility profile for excluding employees and Onbaording checklist to trigger only for new person data sent to HR from ORC using Move to HR action.

How to setup a new Eligibility Profile to achieve this requirement?
