Import Items "Load Interface Files for Import" Process Ends in Warning "Field in data file exceeds maximum length" (Doc ID 2660282.1)

Symptoms

Process "Load Interface Files for Import" ends in a warning while
importing item CSV file upload with the following errors

ERROR
-----------------------
Error on table EGP_ITEM_CATEGORIES_INTERFACE, column ORGANIZATION_CODE.
Field in data file exceeds maximum length
Error on table EGP_SYSTEM_ITEMS_INTERFACE, column OUTSIDE_PROCESS_SERVICE_FLAG.
Field in data file exceeds maximum length

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prepare ItemImportTemplate.xlsm for importing items.
2. Generate the zip file from above template.
3. Submit the "Load Interface Files for Import" with parameter "Import Items"
