Exception saving wave allocation dtl

When running a wave group for 1000 orders, the wave ended in error 'Exception saving wave allocation dtl for WAVE1 - ORA-16951: Too many bind variables supplied for this SQL statement'. and ''Wave Template Allocation Failed: Error creating wave record'

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login and go to Wave Template
2. Run the Wave Group
3. Wave ended with Error.
