OIC-Gen2服务控制台:
  云控制台->解决方案和平台-应用程序集成->集成

登录到 Oracle Cloud Account:
  https://www.oracle.com/cloud/sign-in.html
这将重定向到Cloud Console:
  https://console.<data_center>.oraclecloud.com
转到OIC-Gen2服务页面:
  Solutions and Platform - Application Integration -> Integration

这将打开一个OIC-Gen2服务控制台:
  https://console.<data_center>.oraclecloud.com/oic/integration-instances

Create Integration Instance -> Create
